Had a lovely experience getting my nails done at De Lacy. The nail technician was skilled and the gel manicure has lasted really well - still looks perfect after two weeks. The salon is spotlessly clean which is so important for beauty treatments. Would have given 5 stars but the appointment took a bit longer than expected. Overall though, very happy with the service.

Had a facial and eyebrow shape at De Lacy and both were excellent. The beautician was knowledgeable about skincare and recommended some products that have really helped my skin. My eyebrows look so much better - she really took time to get the shape right. The treatment rooms are private and relaxing. Would give 5 stars but I did have to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time. Still, very happy with the service.

De Lacy did my wedding hair and makeup and I couldn't have been happier. We had a trial beforehand which was so helpful - they listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that really worked. On the day itself, they were punctual, professional, and made me feel so relaxed. My hair stayed perfect all day despite the Yorkshire weather! Several guests asked for their details. Thank you so much!

The lash lift I had at De Lacy is incredible - my lashes look so much longer and more defined. The technician was gentle and professional, talked me through the whole process, and the results have lasted really well. Much better than extensions as there's no maintenance and they look completely natural. Will definitely be having this done again. The salon also has a really relaxing atmosphere.

Cannot fault De Lacy. I have curly hair which many salons don't know how to cut properly, but they have a stylist who specialises in curly hair and she's brilliant. Finally found someone who understands curl patterns and doesn't just hack at it when it's wet! My curls have never looked better. Also appreciate that they use good quality products suitable for curly hair. If you have curls, definitely ask for their curly hair specialist.

Really pleased with my haircut and highlights. The stylist was knowledgeable and gave me honest advice about what would work with my hair type. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that my appointment ran about 20 minutes late, but they did apologise and the end result was worth the wait. The salon has a lovely atmosphere and I'll definitely be back.

Lovely salon with a really nice atmosphere. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk in. I had my hair cut and styled for a special occasion and it looked beautiful. The stylist took time to make sure it was exactly right and even showed me how to recreate the style myself. Products they use smell amazing and my hair felt in great condition afterwards. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Absolutely brilliant experience at De Lacy! I had balayage done by one of their senior stylists and the results are stunning. She took time to understand exactly what I wanted and the colour is perfect - natural-looking with just the right amount of dimension. The salon itself is lovely, very clean and modern. Staff are all friendly and professional. I've already booked my next appointment!

I bring my teenage daughter here and we both love it. The stylists are great with younger clients - friendly without being patronising. My daughter always leaves feeling confident and happy with her hair. I usually have colour and a cut while she's having hers done. It's become our monthly treat together. The staff remember us and what we like, which makes it feel really personal.

I was nervous about getting my hair cut short after having it long for years, but the stylist at De Lacy was amazing. She showed me different options, explained what would suit my face shape, and made me feel completely confident in the decision. The cut is perfect and so easy to manage. I've had so many compliments! The whole team made me feel welcome and looked after.

Really good experience overall. Had a cut and blow dry and my hair looks great. The stylist was friendly and chatty which I liked, and she gave me some good tips for styling at home. The salon is easy to find with parking nearby which is handy. Prices are mid-range but fair for the quality. Only minor niggle was the coffee wasn't great, but that's not why I go to a salon! Will be back.

I've been coming to De Lacy for over three years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The consistency is excellent - my hair always looks fantastic whether I'm having a cut, colour, or both. I particularly appreciate that they remember my preferences and what worked well last time. The beauty treatments are also top-notch. Had a facial last month that left my skin glowing for days. Excellent colour correction service. I'd had a disaster at another salon (won't name names!) and came to De Lacy in tears. They were so understanding and professional, explained what they could do to fix it, and the results are brilliant. It took two sessions to get it right but they were honest about that from the start. My hair is now the colour I originally wanted and in much better condition. Thank you!

Best decision switching to De Lacy! My previous salon had become inconsistent but here the quality is always excellent. I have highlights and a cut every couple of months and it's always spot on. They keep good records so they know exactly what colour formula worked last time. The stylists are skilled and creative but also listen to what you actually want rather than just doing what they fancy. Great value for money too.

Best salon in Beverley, hands down. I have quite difficult hair - fine and prone to looking flat - but they always manage to give me a cut that adds volume and is easy to style at home. The products they use are high quality and they're not pushy about selling you things. Prices are very reasonable for the level of service you get. Can't recommend them highly enough.
